Great customer service from the staff, especially Lin! Everyone was very helpful from the front desk, housekeeping, and wait staff in the cafe and at breakfast. Great selections of food for breakfast everyday. If your stay is long enough the entrees will repeat. I appreciated being able to experience some Thai entrees that I haven't tasted before. Breakfast cost 150BHT ($4 U.S) if you didn't select the with breakfast option when booking. The location is walking distance to a 7/11, the Super Cheap Market (you can find almost anything you need or forgot), ATM, KFC, a lot of food street vendors, and an easy location for Bolt or Grab to take you to Phuket Old Town (located about 15 minutes south). Two coin washers and one dryer is located in the hotel parking lot for your personal use. I am a female solo traveler and felt safe the entire time. I would recommend.

The hotel’s proximity to the bus station was a major plus, significantly easing my travel logistics. The rooms at Ratana Hotel Rassada were not only spacious but also clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night before my journey. The entire booking process, as well as check-in and check-out, were seamless and hassle-free.

I had an extremely wonderful stay with Ratana. The housekeeping team is always ready to make up your room as soon as you step out the door. The entire staff team is extremely kind and helpful. Together with a great room with a microwave, kettle and fridge and a massive king sized bed… comes a wonderful pool area to relax by. I didn’t get the pleasure of actually using the breakfast facility but from what it looked like, a vast array of options to choose from. Loved this stay.

Rooms are pretty big, I was worried it was gonna be small because it looked a bit small in the picture. Has microwave and fridge so you can also buy frozen meals at 7/11, store it in the fridge and then heat up if you're on a budget. Price is also reasonable.
